Position : Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – CRM (Operations)

Location : ATS Head Office, Sector – 135, Noida

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Interact with customers through e-mail, phones, and/or face to face at various stages and handle the entire process, starting from onboarding.
  2. Oversee the relationship with customers handled by the team and provide quick resolution/support wherever required.
  3. Support team in execution of agreements, demand letters, payment follow ups
  4. Prepare MIS and reports
  5. Handle and support team in Queries, Requests & Complaints of the customers wrt
  • Flat Possession
  • Agreements, BBA etc,
  • Demand / Payments
  • Loans
  • Allotments
  • NOC
  • Registry etc
  • Settling cases

Desired Candidate Profile:

The incumbent must have worked with real estate company and shall possess sound knowledge of CRM operations and Documentation.
