Position : Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – CRM (Operations)
Location : ATS Head Office, Sector – 135, Noida
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers through e-mail, phones, and/or face to face at various stages and handle the entire process, starting from onboarding.
- Oversee the relationship with customers handled by the team and provide quick resolution/support wherever required.
- Support team in execution of agreements, demand letters, payment follow ups
- Prepare MIS and reports
- Handle and support team in Queries, Requests & Complaints of the customers wrt
- Flat Possession
- Agreements, BBA etc,
- Demand / Payments
- Registry etc
- Settling cases
Desired Candidate Profile:
The incumbent must have worked with real estate company and shall possess sound knowledge of CRM operations and Documentation.
