Position : Cluster Head – Sales
Location : Punjab
Job Responsibilities :
- Work with management and partners to develop cluster wise.
- Set cluster wise desired sales targets & identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales Operations, CRM, Finance, Marketing and Construction for updates.
- Increase profitability by developing strategies to increase Direct vs Channel sales ratio.
- Provide grooming and training to Sales Team members on direct sales skills and tactics.
- Identify new channel partners (CP) and reinforce old partners to ensure high number of active CP to drive & stimulate sales.
- Construct and deliver Channel Partners’ related activity reports, payment schedule, brokerage, and presentations to management as necessary
- Hold regular planning and review meetings
- Identify key roles and cross-train sales team members for succession planning.
- Ensure team training for all cluster & CP to enhance & develop their product & sales knowledge and ensure they are always updated
- Plan cluster wise customer service orientations programs from time to time.
