Position : Manager / Senior Manager – Sales

Location : Mohali

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
  2. Qualifying leads and turning it into prospects.
  3. Making presentations and conducting sales call to facilitate closure of sale.
  4. Key contributor in devising innovative ways to promote specific payment plans in almost ready projects.
  5. Help clients to take the right decision through comparative competition analysis.
  6. Working in close coordination with the CRM, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Legal and Projects Departments respectively to get the desired deliverable.
  7. Identify, recruit and on-board new depth channel partners.
  8. Generate revenue through various means of real estate sales operations.
  9. coordinate with internal team, corporate and channel partners for lead generation.
  10. Deliver customer presentations, attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
  11. Conceptualized and executed training and relationship building events.
