JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
- Qualifying leads and turning it into prospects.
- Making presentations and conducting sales calls to facilitate closure of sale.
- Key contributor in devising innovative ways to promote specific payment plans in almost ready projects.
- Help clients to take the right decision through comparative competition analysis.
- Working in close coordination with the CRM, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Legal and Projects Departments respectively to get the desired deliverable
- Identify and recruit and on-board new depth channel partners
- Generated revenue through various means of real estate sales operations; coordinated with internal team, corporate and channel partners for lead generation
- Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
- Conceptualized and executed training and relationship building events.
