JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
  • Qualifying leads and turning it into prospects.
  • Making presentations and conducting sales calls to facilitate closure of sale.
  • Key contributor in devising innovative ways to promote specific payment plans in almost ready projects.
  • Help clients to take the right decision through comparative competition analysis.
  • Working in close coordination with the CRM, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Legal and Projects Departments respectively to get the desired deliverable
  • Identify and recruit and on-board new depth channel partners
  • Generated revenue through various means of real estate sales operations; coordinated with internal team, corporate and channel partners for lead generation
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
  • Conceptualized and executed training and relationship building events.
