Position : Manager / Senior Manager – CRM
Location : Dera Bassi, Punjab
Job Responsibilities :
- Interact with customers through e-mail, phone or face to face at various stages and handle the entire process, starting from onboarding.
- Oversee the relationships with customers and provide quick resolution/support wherever required.
- Handle and support team in Queries, Requests & Complaints of the customers wrt
- Flat Possession
- Agreements, BBA etc,
- Demand / Payments
- Loans
- Allotments
- NOC
- Registry etc
- Settling cases
- Interact with other departments to resolve customer related matters wrt.
- Support team in execution of agreements, demand letters, payment follow ups
- Prepare MIS and reports
- Implement processes to enhance customer satisfaction and handling.
Desired Candidate Profile:
The incumbent must have worked with real estate company and shall possess sound knowledge of CRM operations.
The incumbent shall be responsible for handling the customers queries around Possession, Handover & Collection etc.
