Position : Manager / Senior Manager – CRM

Location : Dera Bassi, Punjab

Job  Responsibilities :

  • Interact with customers through e-mail, phone or face to face at various stages and handle the entire process, starting from onboarding.
  • Oversee the relationships with customers and provide quick resolution/support wherever required.
  • Handle and support team in Queries, Requests & Complaints of the customers wrt
  1. Flat Possession
  2. Agreements, BBA etc,
  3. Demand / Payments
  4. Loans
  5. Allotments
  6. NOC
  7. Registry etc
  8. Settling cases
  • Interact with other departments to resolve customer related matters wrt.
  1. Support team in execution of agreements, demand letters, payment follow ups
  2. Prepare MIS and reports
  • Implement processes to enhance customer satisfaction and handling.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The incumbent must have worked with real estate company and shall possess sound knowledge of CRM operations.

The incumbent shall be responsible for handling the customers queries around Possession, Handover & Collection etc.
